Running Late?
Our scheduling permits the correct amount of time to complete your service. Please arrive to 10 minutes ahead of your appointment time in order to relax and to avoid haste. Service times may be shortened to accommodate late arrivals. However, in some cases, it may be necessary to reschedule services.
Confirmation Call?
We will give you a complimentary call reminder prior to your appointment.
Receiving Waxing Services?
No sun-tanning 24 hours before or after your appointment in order to prevent injuries. Hair length should be 1/4 inch in order to be successfully waxed.
Receiving A Pedicure?
Remember to bring your sandals in order to avoid smudging your beautiful nail polish.
Group Parties
We offer group discounts and can customize group packages the will best suit your special occasions. Please consult with our staff for more details.

In order to ensure that you receive the time and day you desire, we recommended that you schedule your next appointment before leaving the spa. Group parties reservations of ten or more must leave a deposit at the time of booking.
Unable To Keep Your Appointment?
We respectfully request a 24-hours cancellation notice for services. Deposits on group parties reservations will not be refunded if appointments are missed without prior notifications.
